Setup For Providers
Login to your HotHealth account and access the manager Dashboard. Click on ‘Appointments’ on the right under section settings.
Tick ‘Section Visible’.
You can also define the default staff settings that will apply when you set up any new staff members. You can then override these default settings when setting up Staff profiles.
If you choose not to charge patients online because you wish to continue charging at your practice/clinic. You can still charge a cancellation fee via this screen if you wish.
You can also add your own Terms and Conditions. Click Save.
This screen also shows you your current usage of appointments.
It outlines how many online and in-person appointments have been scheduled and consumed within a period. Along with the rate of which your subscription level is charged for appointments.
