Learn how to update your homepage content
1. Log in to your site and go to the manager dashboard.
2. Scroll down to Organization Settings.
3. Click Homepage content.
The homepage is broken up into different 'blocks'.
4. Update your Meta Data
Your Meta Data is what will appear when someone Google Searches for your website. Google will automatically pull what it thinks should appear from your website, however, you can suggest what it should say here.
5. Add an announcement in the announcement Block
You can keep this blank if you don't want an announcement bar at the top.
6. Edit your Welcome Block
Choose an image to be the very top image of your homepage.
Outline what you want your top headline to say, this is the '
Next, fill in the Welcome Body. This section should outline the services you offer. If you are just using HotHealth for video conferencing, outline that this is the portal for your video conferencing.
The Welcome Buttons are your main call to action. Select the ones that are most important to your business. E.g. If you want people to book video conferencing, tick the 'book appointment' welcome button. If you want people to call, tick 'main phone'.
7. Edit your Services Block
The next block outlines the services you offer. If you do not want to highlight these on your homepage, just select an image to sit in this section of the site instead.
Add up to twelve services. When adding images, make sure you have edited the dimensions to all be the same for consistency of look and feel.
8. Edit your Locations Block
You can choose to enable or disable this block by ticking 'show'
Choose another image.
Select what contact information you want to be shown on your homepage.
9. Edit your Accreditation Block
Finally, you can add some additional information about what associations your business is part of, or accreditation you and your staff have. This is important for credibility for healthcare based organisations.
If you leave this with nothing in there this block will not show on the site.
10. Click save.
