In order to pre-set the options for appointment types, first you must access the Appointments screen.
To learn this, read our "How Do I Access The Appointments Admin Screen?" user guide.
Adding An Appointment Type
Start by clicking on the "Add new appointment types" button, located in the top right hand corner.
Once you have given your new appointment type a name, click Save & Exit.
Editing An Appointment Type
Alternatively, you can edit an existing appointment type by selecting the "Edit" button located to the right. This will open the Edit Appointment Type screen:
Once you have made your changes, select Save & Exit to return to the appointment screen.
Deleting An Appointment Type
In order to delete a roster type, simply select the "Remove" button located to the right of the option.
Then confirm you would like to delete the option.
