Creating A New Roster Block:
To add a new roster click on the User Profile Icon located on the top right of the screen.
Then select Rosters from the drop down menu.
This will then load the Rosters screen.
To create a new roster block, select a provider from the left hand panel, and then click anywhere on the calendar screen located to the right. This will then open up the Edit Roster Block pop-up.
From here you can edit the roster block type and time, or add comments.
Note: roster block types are connected to those created within the admin configuration screen.
Once finished, click Save & Exit.
The roster block is now created! When setting patient appointments, staff members will only be booked into times that are related to their roster set.
