Service Category Options
In order to pre-set the options for service categories, first you must access the Appointments screen.
To learn this, read our "How Do I Access The Appointments Admin Screen?" user guide.
From this screen, then navigate across to the Service Category tab.
Adding A New Service Category
To add a new service category, start by clicking on the "Add new service category" as shown.
This will then take you to the Add Service Category screen:
Once you have given your category a name, and added a service type, then click on Save & Exit.
You have now created a new service category!
Editing A Service Category
You can edit an existing service category by selecting the on the Edit button as shown.
This will open the Edit Service Category screen:
Once you have made your changes, then click on the Save & Exit button.
Deleting A Service Category
In order to delete a service category, select a service category and then click on "Remove" as shown.
Then confirm you would like to delete the service category.
