All inbound referrals, notes and letters will be visible within your inbox.
To view your inbox, start by clicking on the Messaging option from the top bar of the MasterCare+ screen. From the drop down menu, then select Inbox.
This will then open your inbox screen.
From here you can view, process, download and tag incoming documents.
Note: You will be notified of a new message in your inbox via platform notifications by default.
You can switch on email notifications in the Admin Configurations section.
