Sending A Clinical Document:
To send an existing clinical document, you first have to access a client's profile screen.
To access this screen, click on the Clients tab from the top panel, and then search for the client by surname. Once you have found the client, then select Open to view their profile screen.
From this screen, you can sort, group or filter through documents to find the desired letter.
Once you have found the document, click on Send.
You will then be required to select a recipient. Once again you can sort, group and filter through recipients. Once you have found the desired recipient, click on Select.
You have now sent an existing clinical document!
You can view this document from the Sent Items screen from the Messaging drop down menu.
