In order to create a new invoice, first you must access the Invoices screen.
To learn this, read our "How Do I Search For An Existing Invoice?" user guide.
From this screen, start by clicking on the Create Invoice button as shown.
This will then take you to the New Invoice screen.
From here, start by filling out all the required information (marked by an asterisk).
You will then need to add items / services by searching for them in the text box below.
Once you have found an item or service, click on it to add it to the invoice.
If you have made an error, you can remove a service item by clicking on Remove (shown in blue).
You can also add more detail to the service item by clicking Add Additional Details (shown in red).
By clicking this, a pop-up window will appear where you can select additional details, then click Apply.
Once you have filled in all the details and are happy with your invoice, select Save As Issued.
Note: you can also click on Save As Draft to allow the invoice to be edited in the future.
You have now created an invoice!
