Whether you are charging the cancellation fee on-site via Stripe (no FHIR integration) or through an external system (with FHIR integration) please follow the below instructions.
When a customer is booking an appointment with you, your cancellation fee charge will show during the booking process.
If you do not use individual settings, you can update the cancellation fee at the default level in dashboard > appointments.
If you are updating at an individual staff setting, you will need to go to the staff profiles and click edit.
Update the fee and click save.
If you do not wish to charge cancellation fees please leave this blank.
