Appointment unavailability for once-off, holidays or public holidays.
If you are taking bookings through HotHealth and you need to add in a public holiday date, or annual leave time, so that patients cannot book with all or some staff members, you will need to edit the relevant staff member profiles.
Make sure you are signed in as a manager and go to the staff profiles section on your top navigation bar.
Choose the staff member you wish to edit.
Scroll down to appointment unavailability and enter the start and end date of the holiday.
Note - this will be in whatever timezone your staff member's location is in.
Make sure the profile visible box is ticked and click create/update.
