Deleting an account

You can always delete your Lifecard account

If you are not going to use Lifecard again and would like your account to be deleted, please keep in mind the following:

• You'll not be able to restore your account or retrieve any of the information you have added
• All your sub accounts and related information will be deleted.
• Recurring subscriptions created using mobile apps must be manually cancelled via the subscription management page of iTunes or Play store respectively unlike web application where subscription will be automatically cancelled.

To delete your account, please follow the below instructions:

1. Login to the Lifecard app
2. Tap on the 'Setting" section in the menu
3. Tap the 'Delete Account' tab
4. Tap 'Yes'
