To make staff available for video consult appointments, please follow the below instructions:
Add the staff member's profile to staff profiles.
Ensure that you have filled out these sections of the about heading:
- Location (this determines timezone)
- Services and Categories if applicable (these are defined in the appointments section of the dashboard)
Note: the email address used is the email address that the staff member will need to log in to HotHealth with to do the video conference.
- The box for teleconsulting next to appointments types needs to be ticked
- If you want new patients to be able to book in, then tick the yes to accepts new patients
- Update the duration of how long you want the appointments to run for
Appointment Availablity Times
- You need to specify the times that the staff member is available for appointments.
