HotHealth for video conferencing
If you have a website and you just want to use HotHealth for video conferencing, please follow the below recommendations for how to set up your site.
Once you have created an account, the next step is to customise your branding.
Updating the branding
Access the manager dashboard and go to the organization settings on the left.
You will need to edit app presentation, website presentation and homepage content separately.
Add your images, colours and logos to the app and website presentation sections.
On the homepage content page - you might want to update the text to refer to your HotHealth site as your digital health portal, or something similar.
You can also add an announcement bar to the top of the homepage to tell visitors about any recent events that might be affecting business.
Click save at the bottom of the page. If you have issues with the page saving, your image might be too large. You can reduce the size of images through image editing software such as Photoshop or free online tools.
Updating the top sections
To update what options site visitors can see, you will need to edit the visibility of the sections in the manager dashboard. If you are just using HotHeath for video conferences, we recommend:
- Staff Profiles
To enable visibility of a section, go to section settings on the manager dashboard. Click on the section you want to edit and tick or untick the box.
This section is used to book the appointment, edit appointments and see upcoming appointments. When it comes time to have the video conference, this is where the provider and the patient will need to come to click on the scheduled appointment.
You will need to add the staff profiles of the staff members taking appointments. If you want, you can add the staff profiles and then hide the section from site visitors, but the profiles will still exist for bookings. Read the guide for adding staff profiles.
Articles can be renamed to something else, however, it might be a good idea to have information about your service for your clients and patients available here.
