Group video calls
HotHealth can cater for up to 50 participants in a call. Attendees need to be invited via the staff booking section on your HotHealth site. This will send notification emails to all participants except for the primary care provider as it is likely you are also inputting this appointment into another calendar which will remind them.
Booking the appointment
Log in to your HotHealth site and go to the appointment section. Click on staff booking.
Choose the staff member for the appointment and select the day and time for the appointment.
Then enter in the details of the 'primary patient' this might be a patient or another healthcare provider. If it is a group call where there is no 'primary patient' just enter in one of the attendees.
To add another participant click the add other participant button. Enter in the name and email of each additional participant to receive an invite. You can copy and paste these details from another system if needed.
This will send invite emails to the participants and reminder emails as the appointment approaches.
To edit or remove participants, go to the appointments page, click on the appointment and then click the cross associated with that invite.
