You can update your profile via HotHealth or Lifecard
Updating your profile via HotHealth
The following can be updated via your profile settings in HotHealth:
- Profile picture
- Notifications for your organisations in HotHealth
- Payment method for HotHealth purchases (purchases through organisations, not with Global Health)
To update your profile, go to your HotHealth site and log in via the top-right log in button. Once logged in, you can click on My Account and then edit account.
Once you have made the required changes, click Update.
Updating your profile via Lifecard
You can also update your profile in Lifecard. However, you cannot update HotHealth related items from Lifecard such as payment details and organisation notification settings.
You can update your name, email, date of birth, address, and profile image in Lifecard and this will also be reflected in your HotHealth account.
You can access your Lifecard via the Lfiecard app, or by clicking on the Lifecard PHR link in the My Account section of your HotHealth. If you are logged in to HotHealth it will automatically log you in directly to your Lfiecard if accessing via the web browser.
