Chat transcripts can be sent via ReferralNet
As the provider in a video call, you can choose to send the chat transcript to the organisation's configured ReferralNet ID.
Please note - if you are a staff member using this function, it will go to an organisation level ReferralNet account, you can not choose to send this to your individual inbox. If the chat transcript contains information that is sensitive and should not be sent to an organisation ReferralNet inbox, consider saving the transcript onto your local device and saving against the client file.
Make sure you have configured the ReferralNet ID in HotHealth.
Then go to the appointment you wish to send the transcript for and click send via ReferralNet.
