HotHealth forms can be edited as you need.
Note - that any change to the API name of a form will affect the Excel and JSON names of data mapping.
To edit an existing form in HotHealth
Login to your HotHealth site, and do to your manager dashboard.
Scroll to the bottom, and select 'Forms'.
Click on the form you wish to edit.
Click 'Edit Form' in the top blue box.
Editing the name and notification of submission details
You can update the name of your form here.
Note: The first name you give the form will be the URL for the form.
The form name is seen by the person viewing the form.
You can also edit the email address that is notified of each submission and select whether you want ReferralNet sending enabled.
Editing the fields
You can edit the name of the field, whether it is mandatory or not, what the data field is called for export purposes and more.
To edit a field, hover over the field you want to edit and click on the cog.
Editing the label name
You can then edit the label (name), where the label is placed, if you want a placeholder, any descriptive text or instructions as well as a mask for data input.
Editing the API data name
When you bulk export the data or start using it for integration, you will likely need the API name to match.
If you copy and paste a field, remember to not only update the name of the label of the field, but the API property name as well.
