GUIDELINE FOR SETTING SMS 2-WAY

Step 1:

Download SMSReceiver 

Extract the zip file and open folder ‘SMSReceiver’. Right click on ‘Abaki.Sms.Receiver.exe.config’ and open it with Notepad:

Step 2:

Copy the local path of folder ‘SMSReceiver’ and paste to the property 'value': <add key="InstallationPath" value=""  />

Save and close ‘Abaki.Sms.Receiver.exe.config’ file.

Step 3:

Double click on file SMSConfiguration and fill in the configuration details.

Step 4:

Open Cmd as Administrator, locate to installation folder, run InstallService.bat

Step 5:

Check to see if the service has run properly.

Step 6: 

Set up SMS template in Pracnet: menu Setup >> Email/SMS Template:

Dear [Patient Demographics:First Name], your appointment with [Appointment:DoctorTitle] [Appointment:DoctorSurname] is at [Appointment:Time] on [Appointment:Date]. Pls reply YES to confirm or call XXXX XXXX to reschedule. YYYY Clinic

Step 7: 

Enter the SMS Credentials to PrimaryClinic > Setup > Global Options > Email / SMS Tab.
