Setting Up Backup, Scheduled Backup and Scheduled Index.

Performing Backup in PrimaryClinic Practice.

1. PrimaryClinic, Click on Admin Task > Database Maintenance.

2. Select you storage path for the Backup.

3. Start Backup to run the task.

Using Schedulde Backup:

1. Once you have configure the Backup path > Go to Scheduler.

* Schedule will set automation to perform the backup to the designated period.

• Setup the Frequency of your backup.
• Setup the Time
• Email to notify if the backup is successful or failed.

4. Press Save to complete and prompt will appear saying that the services is running.

Index Database.

- Indexes are a powerful tool used in the background of a database to speed up querying. Indexes contain all the necessary information needed to access items quickly and efficiently. Indexes serve as lookup tables to efficiently store data for quicker retrieval. Table keys are stored in indexes.
